Today I went back to my parents house just for an hour.
お正月休み以来の古民家パトロール。
いつもなら一泊、あるいは日帰りで一日行ってますが、今日は滞在一時間そこそこだったけど、行ってきました。
The house has been vacant since my dad passed away seven years ago so I need to go on patrol once in a while.
Sazanka camellia is now coming to it's end of blooming season but still shows us beautiful flowers.
来年見られるかどうか分からないので、今日、見ておけてよかった。
This picture is of the very first time of the flower blooming. I'm not good at flower arrangements but I always want to try to make it look pretty.
咲き始めた時期にちょっと生けてみた。
が、傾いてました…生花の才能が無さ過ぎて震える…
この部屋には明かり取りのすりガラスがあり、夕方、雨戸を閉めた後でもこの明るさ。
ほんのりいい雰囲気で、思わず写真を撮っておりました。
この家を建てたのは祖父ですが、我が祖父ちゃんながら、ええお家建ててくれたなぁと、感謝しております。
This was just after I closed the shutters.
It has skylights windows on the upper side of the shutters and sunlight comes through them makes this mystical atmosphere.
My grandfather built this house in more than 90 years ago.
It's really old but beautiful house.
