週末は、先週に引き続き、古民家パトロールに行っておりました。
古い家ゆえ、色んなものが出てくるのですが、たまにお宝も見つかります！
お宝…と言っても、私にとっての、であり、他の人にとってはゴミ同然のものなのですが（苦笑）
I found something nice-to-have in my father's house yesterday.
Those items might look like bunch of junk to others, but to me, they do look just like treasures!
Yesterday's lucky finds are...
A pair of Zouri and a pair of Geta, footwear for kimono.
I guess both were my mother's which she brought with her when she got married. Both seems she wore them only a few times.
I wonder if those were still wearable.

カトレア？洋花柄の草履。Cattleya?
まだまだ舗装された道が少なかった当時、下駄の歯にゴムを貼らずに履いていたのですね。
No rubber grippers on the back of Geta. There were not so many road paved when my mother got married, I guess. (about 55 years ago)
昭和40年代の、母の嫁入り時のものかと思うのですが、どちらも数えるほどしか履いていないようで、鼻緒をすげ替えて、汚れが取れれば十分履けるのでは？
実は、ここ、二、三年、草履や下駄を履き潰すばかりで、履き物が減る一方だったので、そろそろ新しいものを買わなくちゃ！と思っていたところだったのです。
もし、うまく汚れが落とせれば、買わずに済むわ〜と、ホクホクで持ち帰って来ました。
まだ履けるかどうか分からないうちから、ホクホク！は早い気がしますが、如何せん、貧乏性ゆえ（苦笑）
下駄の汚れは、まぁ、簡単に落とせそうですが、問題はエナメル の方ですよね。
恐らくは…カビ？
エナメル草履の汚れの種類や、その落とし方を、念入りに調べてみようと思います。落ちなかったら…塗るか...

I have worn out some pairs of my Geta and Zouri for the past few years and it's about time to get some new pairs.
I took them home to remove all those dirt. If I could clean them up by myself, I would save my pocket money! lol
I believe it's easy to clean Geta.
But Zouri, the though one... It's made of enameled leather and I have no idea what to do with the dirt and mold on enamels.
I need to look it up how to handle them in the first place.
Please let me know what to do if you know well about the enameled leather.
